Welcome to Polish Pantry!
Hi there! I’m Kasia [kah-shah], the proud founder of this first-generation American small business. Polish Pantry is dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Poland to Colorado’s Front Range and sharing Polish heritage with our community.
My parents came to America in 1989, and since then, I’ve been inspired by the rich culinary and homemade traditions of my Mama and Babcia. When I moved to Colorado, I couldn’t find the pączki and flavors I loved, so I started making them myself. What began in my kitchen has grown into a mission to share the comforting, time-honored flavors of Poland with others.
Every pastry is handcrafted from scratch using traditional techniques and Babcia-approved all-natural ingredients.
