Our Promise to You All of our pastries are handmade in our home bakery in Superior, Colorado. We use premium ingredients and fillings to ensure exceptional flavor and quality. Our dough is never frozen, and we never import pastries or resell from other vendors.
Made Fresh Guarantee We guarantee that every pastry is made fresh the day of pickup. Because we use no preservatives, our pastries are best enjoyed fresh:
Pączki and baked goods: enjoy the same day or within 24 hours.
Angel wings: enjoy within 3 days.
Do not refrigerate or microwave, as it can affect the delicate texture and taste. If you have leftovers, cover them with a clean kitchen towel at room temperature.
Please note: Because we don’t use preservatives in our dough, our paczki and kolache are meant for same-day consumption.

Store We are a home bakery and do not have pastries available for walk-ins. Please place an order online. We offer free, contactless porch pickup in Superior, Colorado. The pickup address will appear at checkout and in your confirmation email once your order is placed. We require 24 hours notice for small orders and 48 hours of notice for large orders.
Porch pickup Pickups will be available at 9am on the selected pickup day. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders for porch pickup will be held until 9pm of pickup day. Orders not picked up will not be refunded.
Market pickup Pickups will be available at the beginning of the market on the selected pickup day. You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Plan to pick up your order before market close, as the market closes promptly. Orders not picked up will not be refunded.
Orders All orders must be placed through our online store at
www.polish-pantry.com.
Same-day ordering is not available.
Custom date orders require a minimum order of 12 paczki. We require 24 hours notice for small orders and 48 hours of notice for large orders.
Oversell/No Inventory In the event of an oversell, sold-out or unavailable products will be canceled and 100% refunded.
Right of Refusal Polish Pantry reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds Cancellations, order changes, or refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before pickup. Orders canceled after this time will not be refunded and no store credit will be issued.
Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue or you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to help resolve it.
Shipping We currently do not offer shipping.
Delivery We offer limited delivery within 20 minutes of Superior, Colorado. We do not deliver outside this area. Delivery charges will appear at checkout when available. Due to high order volume during holidays, delivery may be unavailable.
